The digital book

Governance Before Decision is supplied as an 86-page English-language PDF. The commercial offer is Launch Edition; the delivered book is marked First Edition. PDF ISBN: 978-952-88-2553-1.

Reading requires a device and software capable of opening PDF files. Copyright remains with Kari Hyötylä. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

The free Public Preview v1.3 is a separate 16-page document. The Launch Edition purchase covers the full PDF. Standard Edition (€69), Professional Edition (€119), Professional + Pilot Access (€149), Professional + Workshop (€490) and EPUB are later offers.

Price and payment

The Launch Edition is offered to consumers in Finland at €49.00 EUR including VAT. Payment is made through PayPal using the Launch Edition link on the book page. The selected product is Launch Edition, PDF, €49.00 EUR.

Confirmation and delivery

Delivered by email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Orders are handled every day of the week. Delivery is manual, by email to the address associated with the order. If you need to correct that address, contact the seller with your order reference.

The delivery includes the paid PDF, order details and a copy of these terms that you can retain. Keep your PayPal payment confirmation. Your delivery address does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cancellation and withdrawal

You may withdraw from the Launch Edition PDF contract within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason. This offer does not ask you to waive that right for delivery during the withdrawal period.

Send a clear withdrawal notice to kari.hyotyla@trustcore.fi or to the seller's postal address above. Give your name and enough order information to identify the purchase; an order reference is helpful if available.

For a valid withdrawal, the payment is refunded within 14 days after receipt of your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

Delivery problems and complaints

If your PDF has not arrived within 24 hours of confirmed payment, check your spam folder and contact the seller. For a damaged or unreadable file, describe the problem and include the order reference. Do not send payment-card details.

Contact the seller first to resolve a complaint. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. You can also seek guidance from Finland's Consumer Advisory Services.
